Corbett Sparks was born in Texas in 1970 and currently lives New York City. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of North Texas (1995). He was a member of the Good/Bad Art Collective, an avant garde cooperative run by UNT students that designed one-day happenings centered around exhibitions, installations, performances, and pranks. Now working primarily in Illustration and watercolor, his subjects tend to center around his fascination with the animal kingdom and all the weirdness and science therein. When not working on artwork, he likes watching movies, reading, and making music & videos.
